Eat Well for Your Skin Health

Salmon, the star of this recipe, is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids known for their anti-inflammatory properties. These fatty acids can also help moisturise and strengthen the skin barrier, leading to smoother, more hydrated skin.

The vegetables in this recipe provide a variety of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can help to support skin health.

Shredded carrots and sliced cucumbers, for example, are excellent sources of vitamin A, essential for maintaining healthy skin. Vitamin A helps to regulate the production of skin cells and can also help acne and other skin conditions.

Avocado is another skin-healthy ingredient in this recipe, providing vitamin E and healthy fats that can help improve skin elasticity and prevent dryness.

Finally, coriander, in addition to being a flavorful herb, contains antioxidants that can help to protect the skin from free radical damage and reduce inflammation.
